When do I pay?

Creating an account is free. You only pay the $250 project fee when you activate a license for a specific project.

Which rule books are supported?

SMARTreview APR currently supports BCBC 2024, with additional rule books — including IBC editions — coming soon.

What software do I need?

APR runs as a plugin inside your design environment. The AI Compliance Report is generated from your APR analysis results and exported as a PDF.
